I discovered the two lumps this morning before I was about to go to bed. Recently I have had a minor soar throat on my left side only when I swallow. Im in pretty good shape I usually run 2 miles every 3 days, but I havent in about 2 weeks or so due to this soar throat, well I did today and it felt like my upper chest was on fire, and there was pain in my throat. I drank some water and went to sleep. When I woke up I was very soar underneath my chin on both sides. My doctor prescribed me medicine for acid reflex as well as medicine for an infection, however these were given to me b4 I found the lumps. ANYONE KNOW WHATS GOING ON?????

Definately see a doctor, lumps in the neck area are never anything to play around with. They are an early sign of lymphoma and hodgkins disease.

It is possible that the sore throat and the bb sized lumbs are not related at all. I have at various time had bb sized lumps in my neck and even one in my earlobe. Whatever they were they went away in a few months. Still if it freaks you out, go to a doctor so they can tell you your not going to die. Or maybe you will, I'm no doctor.

i think you are worrying too much if the doctor prescribe you medicine then you should eat them but if you really feel pain there then you should find *other doctor so to ensure you are in safe condition so take care and don't eat heat food such as: fried food
