What could be 10 good NEW and unique rules to make everybody secure and safe from gangs, rappers and drug dealers? they must be new rules!! pleaseeeee help!! thanks :)

oh!! i didn't mean rappers like people who singers who rap.. but i meant people who attack others physically. sorry if i spelled it wrong! my bad!!

This doesn't sound like an English class problem.

If ten rules were so easy to come up with, why wouldn't something have been done already? And he wants each of the rules to keep people safe from all 3 of those? Did you mean rapers (one "p")?

How can a rule make people secure and safe? I think he means more secure and safer. If this is English, he should have written the question correctly. I guess just make some stuff up that sounds like it might work, like maybe a public curfew so that people are mostly indoors by a certain time of night. A rule that requires a certain percentage of tax dollars to be spend on having hidden cameras randomly set up in high risk areas with monitoring -- maybe that works even though it is a rule for the government to follow. Unfortunately he said the rules have to be good, which brings me back to the question -- why wouldn't any be in place already if students in a class can come up with ten? How about requiring random searches of houses by federal agents? Perhaps it's a bad rule but if it were a good rule, it would probably be in place. Maybe you sort of have to choose bad rules that sound like they might seem good.

I don't see how difficult this is? The question refers to everybody and that means law. What are ten new laws that should be passed to help secure a better environment from gangs, rappers and drug dealers? Personally, I think this essay question is stupid. One there is already a rule for drug dealers. There are no rules against rappers... that would sux cuz it would be like no different then bringing wrongful justince to a rock star lol.

When you prewrite your essay, you will want to focus on one of the three. Which would you want to talk about most? Gang safety? Rappers (c'mon what's wrong with that?), or drug dealers? List 3 ways to keep the environment safe from gangs, rappers or drug dealers. Ignore the 10 rule thing because it has no common sense.

1) Wear a button-up plaid shirt buttoned all the way up.
2) Speak correctly and concisely.
3) Carry a slide rule in your pocket.
4) If they try to get you to do something wrong, say "Nay, I shan't".
5) Ya know, looking back at what I've said so far, that's just the kind of things that would make a gang jump on you and beat the crap out of you. So ignore all that. Sorry.

Don't dress to fleshy, cover your body, conceal your private parts.
Don't be seen in any area where there is incident of crime - gangs, rappers and drug dealers.
Don't stay out late to early morning. Go to bed early.
Be in the company of friends, real close friends you trust.
Don't talk loud to creat any attention.
Avoid making friends with strangers
Don't smile to all, be mean looking.
Avoid colorful cloths - bright & eye catching.
Attend a course in self defence - to protects against pimps, rapper, gangsters and thugs
Don't smoke - stylish girls smoke, but smoking attracts attention.
Be a plain jane.

Perhaps branding convictied gang members with some sort of sign on their heads... same for drug dealers that are on the streets..... rappers.. I am assuming from the harsh lyrics of some songs.... simply ban them from publishing.
