Well it depends on what number the anniversary is..they have different colors relating to what the year it is..for example- 40 year anniversary is something RED...maybe get them a picture frame with your picture in it or your family..my grandpa always likes getting snickers and lotto tickets

The best present for grandparents is a memory book. A book with pictures of favorite times you and your family had together with the grandparents along with other pictures of the family. Family reunions, new births in the family, going fishing with grandpa or grandma, some project that they helped you with, what ever you want to put into it. This would mean so much to them and it will be something that they will cherish.
