Time to take a vacation and let yourself unwind!! Getting away from your daily routine will help take a step back and examine your life. Just go somewhere quiet where there is no hustle bustle and you can just relax. I would recommend a health and beauty spa for a couple days. You can get massages, facial treatments, body wraps, the works. Remember to stop and smell the roses every now then. Your body can only handle so much before it get mad at you and starts giving you health problems. Women are at a higher risk for a heart attack then men, remember that. Good luck and take care of yourself!!

OK been there done that & got the t-shirt. I think there are more of us out there then people realize.
There is list of suggestions of things to do to help find a new identity besides work. Don't know if any of them will help you but they have helped me. No I don't do them all every week or even every month. I rotate my non work activities.
Take a vacation
Visit family
Read a book for fun not a tech or work related manual
.Crochet
Sew
Take a speciality cooking course
.Watch tv once in awhile for fun. Not news or weather channel. Something fun to you
8. Bowl join a short term league
.Volunteer
.Get a pet from an animal shelter if you like animals.
Join a singles group
.Have friends over for dinner
Go to a comedy club
Go out dancing/learn to dance
.Get a group together do to things together having a cook out
Listen to music
.Go to the zoo
Go to musuems
Put puzzles together
Do word type puzzles
Learn a new hobby like pottery
Go to a craft fair
Go to yard sales
.Date
Go to the movies
.Go for nature walks
Go horse back riding
Go for a hayride
Visit a nursing home/hospital
Go to a sports event like baseball

Redecorate you home
Update your wardrobe to include fun clothes
Take up gardening
.Take a class that has nothing to do with work
Take up photography
Spend time on internet for fun
Go for a long drive
40. Laugh
Ok the list could go on and on but you get the idea. The big thing is to find something(s) you enjoy and do them. Don't be afraid to try something totally new. You may find you enjoy it.
Best of luck

Quit cold turkey. Then you can spend all your time looking for another job.
