Do you think they're the same overall or would I make better money at one of them?

I'm a college student already working two jobs so it would be nice to not have to work as much but still make the same amount of money

I think they would be very similar...check the benefits of each.

I used to work for Chilis and they were pretty good. It will depend on the management staff at each restaurant. See which team you would mesh well with...(the better running kitchen..the better the tips)
I think the money earned would be about the same...they probably have the same average check.

I think at Friday's they pay you more, but its a lot of work I have work there before. It's up to you to decide based on the comparisons and contrasts you make for both companies!! I suggest u work for Friday's though. Good Luck making a choice =)

Both places suck as far as tips go. Average bill for 2 people is what? $40.00? x 15%= 6.00. So what.

If you are good, go to work for a steak or seafood restaurant with a somewhat upscale clientele. You'll make tons more money!
