It had only been that she and her clothes be kept clean when not involved in activities that required perspiration and dirt. It was never about superficial features with me. She did not have to conform to any popular beauty standard to be beautiful in my eyes. Her actions were more important than appearance. The reason I married her was the love of who she was and not what anybody else thought of her physical features. If you marry just for superficial reasons, then every little physical change will seem a monumental issue. Realizing that with time comes the signs of age, I accept it peacefully. No matter how much she loses or gains nor the graying of hair, that never will determine for me her true beauty. Who she is inside is far greater than the outside. I was at a funeral home, there was a very attractive young girl in the next room. She lacked the most important thing of all. Life. This vision of outward beauty was dead. What do you think mattered most to those who knew and loved her?

well, my girlfriend is a hairdresser, so i dont really need to worry about her being presentable, because she's very fashionable and needs to maintain a professional look and know whats stylish. but, honestly, i think she's just as cute in sneakers and jeans. i kinda like when she dresses like that actually, mostly because i dont see her like that as often i guess.

as long as she's taken a shower, thats about all i'm asking for. lol.

i however, and a t shirt and jeans kinda guy, and i only tend to shave every other day. she likes when i get dressed up, but at the end of the day, she says she likes that i'm a "real" guy. i'm not afraid to get dirty doing something, and i'm a hands on guy when it comes to most things. she says she doesnt like the type of guy who spends as much time in the mirror as she does, and that she likes me because "i'm more concerned with the man inside than the man outside" which i thought was really sweet.

People usually marry someone who looks and thinks a lot like themselves. I recommend checking out the person's parents before you become too involved. If a parent is a drunk, nasty or abusive, then it is likely that the offspring will also be that way.
