The site loads just fine in Firefox. But when I look at it using Internet Explorer, it gives me the following text at the top:

It's repeated several times. Browser is up to date. Try it with both browsers for yourself to see what happens. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks!

Looks like you were using a dreamweaver template or some other specialized dreamweaver coding which isn't compatable with IE.

I would recommend you learn HTML and redo your site. Relying on a WYSIWYG editor to make a site for you, when you have no understanding of the underlying code, is pretty much asking for trouble.

Listen to the others about not using a WYSIWYG program like dreamweaver or that. As to the text you see at the top, it is a non standard switch, usually for a browser. This is evident by the text starting with a comment tag

I agree with Gabi... looks like you have some tags that aren't compatible or incomplete.

There's nothing wrong with using a template if that's what you did, but knowing how edit the code manually is a plus. I use Dreamweaver all the time and find myself having to go into the code to make changes.

Maybe dreamweaver is made with stricter web standards in mind than IE
Check out these web standards test to see what I'm talking about:

The test results are suppose to look like this:

Firefox 2 results:

IE7 results:

Opera results (perfect):

You can try the test here on your own:
