And has anyone had any problems or regrets about having this surgery?

Can't say I've tried it, but I can tell you that forcing your skin to be s - t - r - e - t - c - h - e - d significantly on any part of your body can't be that much fun - ESPECIALLY a sensitive, erogenous zone! I have heard of women who lost sensitivity in their breasts and nipples from having the surgery.
I personally wouldn't trade natural pleasurable sensations for fake appearances. (And can't help but wonder if there will be a lot of laughing in 20-30-40 years when there start to be all these super-perky senior citizens out there....)

Honey, you're a person, not a fix-up project.

My daughter had that surgery done (she went from a small B to a full B/small C and she is in her thirties.) It was very uncomfortable for her for the first 48 hours, but the pain medication helped. She was sore for a couple of weeks, but she loves the change it made in her figure and the way clothes fit her now. She has never regretted it for a minute...I asked her! Make your decision for the right reasons and good luck!

You should know that it isn't a one time deal. They have to be replaced every ten years or so. They don't last forever. Some people have very negative side effects; their bodies reject them. I've been around a person that had the surgery before and she was in pain for a couple of weeks. But, she is very happy with them now. Inform yourself on the procedure as much as possible before you make your decision.
