you can print out a copy of his record i believe by going to your state's department of corrections website. Somewhere there has to be a place for all the case information, because his record is public domain. On that list you have with sex offenders, you should find a number for more information. Worse comes to worse you can hire a private investigator, or email the county sheriff for information. Hope this helps.

Follow your heart,it will lead you on the right path.Call the state where you seen this list and speak to someone in authority on this issue and explain that this man is dating your sister and you feel nothing but fear for her and your family as well, that you definitely need to know if he is in deed the one on the list and if so could they send some proof by email, fax,or mail, along with the crime in detail to show your family members. You hang in there,i know that your sister is probably upset along with other family members, but in the long run they will be so ever grateful. You are truly a wonderful sister to look after her well being. At the same time, please be quiet as possible concerning this matter for your own protection! If he catches on to you knowing to much and if he is truly this dangerous guy,you need to be careful. Please take heed and watch your every move till this matter is settled. In the mean time,i will be saying alittle prayer for you and your family, that no harm may become upon any of you! If you don't mind, let me know how this turns out,by emailing OK?Take a deep breath and just get the ball rolling.I wish you the best in all this.Good Luck!

SHow her the picture and let her know that he wouldnt be on a sex offeneders list if he wasnt one. Also see if he is registered in your state as a sex offender cause if he is not he may be violating some type of law that will make him have to go back to jail. Dont give up on her cause you never know who he is gonna be after next.

Sorry to tell you this sweety, but if your sis is an adult, then it's none of your bee's wax. I know you love your sister, & you want to protect her from harm, but she's a big girl now, & can make decisions about her relationships on her own.
Let her know that you are there for her, & that if she ever finds out the hard way that you are right about this guy, that she can turn to you for help without hearing"I told you so".

Try to find out if he is from Pakistan - you will be shocked (as I was) to know that most Pakistan males are taught right from childhood that it is ok to sleep with women from other religion and "spoil" their chastity - that way they are serving the cause of religion.
Its kinda - go out and destroy the viriginity of all non - believers so that you can scorn on the males that they get "used & spoilt" females !!

talk to her about him and if she starts acting different or acting like she's scared to talk about things then she may need help leaving him...it's not easy to get out of a relationship w/ someone that you have feelings for even if you know it's a bad relationship...try to find out more info about him before you decide he's a bad guy, but i wouldn't like it either if it were my sister dating a sex offender, just look out for her and be safe

First, get his real name, and find his previous address. Chance are there are court records. And they may not be sealed. Also you can possibly find people who knew him back there, who might be willing to tell you what they know. Chances are he had previous girlfriends, etc. Google his name, and start reading up on how to investigate someone. As to your sister, just keep an eye on her, for mood-swings, and anything dealing with moving, or loaning, cash, etc.

It is better to go to a police station with your sister and tell the trooper of your sisters decision. I hope they will reason your sister and help her to break up this relationship.

ALERT YOUR LOCAL POLICE AND SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENTS!
IT IS BETTER TO HAVE HER MAD AT YOU THAN BE SCRAPPING WHAT IS LEFT OF HER UP IN A BODY BAG!
AND REMEMBER THIS! IT IS A HELL OF A LOT BETTER TO STAND BEFORE 12 THAN BE CARRIED BY 6!
