I have a friend,his name is james,he is married among four years including this year.He is my classmate when I am study in primary school.He ever love me that time,but I refuse because I like another guy(he is my boy friend now),he too liberate me and wish my love.We have contact until now.The girl that he had married is my friend,her name is Jessy.Jessy love him very much.James accept her love when I refuse his love,but he tell me that he too has a good feeling to Jessy,he say he will try to love her after marriage.He too protecting Jessy very much.After four years,now James told me he is not love Jessy anymore.I angry then I ask him,what the reason and in the four years is he never been try to love her?He answer me he try to love her but he can't,he afraid what will happened so he try to resist until now. He telling Jessy that the problem,but Jessy not understand,she said she will suicide.What can I do to advice James for not to divorced Jessy?

I hate to say it, you might get positive answers here I really don't know. But... He doesnt love her. He has tried his best, but he just doesnt love her. By him staying with her, its not really doing him any good or her any good either. She needs to be with someone that will love her!
If he wants to leave, he should. Noone can be happy in a situation like that.

You can not make him love her if he does not. But you can tell him the morals and values of marriage. That divorce is wrong.
Neither one of your friends seem happy. All you can do is listen. You can not befriend James, because he has feelings for you which are wrong.
Encourage Jessy that she is special and that she will be happy again someday soon and if James does divorce her that she could find someone who will truly love her.
Take care you are a good friend to them both.

it needs two to luv. james alone can't decide what he wants.
after four years if james find jessy not luv and goes after Ms X, then after two years Ms. X may not luv james and she will go after Mr. Y.
Then what will james do ?
change in not an option always...

DON'T ADVISE JAMES TO DO ANYTHING. IT'S NOT YOUR PROBLEM NOW.
The best you can do is be supportive of both friends, and encourage them to talk and resolve their problems. Don't play matchmaker and don't accept responsibility.
