Depends who it is really, I think the quality of being hot is based on your face mostly, and only somewhat on your body.
Because I have personally seen ugly girls with killer bodies.
Example: paris hilton. Great body yes, pretty face, not so much.
Example 2: Moniqué (from BET), she has a BIG figure, but she is pretty sexy, and looks good in just about any outfit she wears.
