Well, I can understand the embarrassment, but why would you be scared? If someone says anything to you, just tell them you were going to meet a girl later. Don't tell them her name! Next time, wait til you are with the girl to prepare yourself! I hope this helps.

Ok, first... don't put a condom on early. Just wait until you get ready then put it on at that point. You could potentially rip it when you tuck your stuff into your pants. Second, wear underwear, a jockstrap, spandex, or a second pair of shorts or something. As for losing the embarassing feeling, that will just take time. Worse case you have a story for when you're older to tell your friends.
