Why are Caucasian women so attractive?

Not to say other races are ugly, but white women have very attractive sleak noses, wonderful hair, fair skin, etc.

The United Kingdom dominated the world before the U.S. became the international super power (Soviet Union was a military competitor for only 3/4's of the 20th century). The point I am making is this: the controlling norm, that is, the white Anglo-saxon prototype, became the dominant symbol of beauty. Even today, African American women straighten their hair and some have their noses narrowed through surgery. Asian women have their eyelids operated, etc.

If the group of people with most of the power and money set the norm for the culture, the norm will be their profile. And, it is not just in the U.S. or in Britain. England was the great Imperialist, colonial power. We are the dominant power now and have been since World War II.

As America becomes more multi-cultural in terms of division of wealth and music and religion, etc., more profiles will join the norm.

Before the 60's, there were practically no African American (or Asian or Latino, etc.)standards of beauty on television or in any advertising forum. As the world becomes more globally linked, the standard of beauty will broaden.

The irony is: a beautiful face and body from any culture stands out no matter what the skin color or type of facial feauture. There must be some kind of universally accepted norm that we humans regard as lovely and as ugly. So, are white women more attractive? (Which is really what your question implies)? Most people in the world would probably say: "yes", but they wouldn't even realize that it is probably because they were acculturized to think that by living in an era where white men pretty much controlled the whole world and its resources. It was sadly proven back in the '50's in the Deep South, during the beginning of the Civil Rights Movement. When young children, living in totally segregated conditions, were asked to pick the prettiest doll out of a group of dolls with white attributes or black attributes, both boys and girls chose the white dolls.This is a very famous test and was then applied to young children the the integrated North with similar results. The conclusion was that , since there were practically no dominating black types for the children to identify with as being pretty or handsome, the culturally correct white dolls were what they wanted to not only have but to look like.

Pretty sad state of our history. And, we are all a product of this history. If we, white women, had had more nap to our hair or wider noses or slanted eyes, you might think that to be more attractive.

I don't care who I offend but white women as a whole are butt azz ugly. No other race of women destroys their looks more than white women. They are making plastic surgeons so much money because they are so insecure with the way they look. They have to botox those wrinkles that they get by the age of 25. The plump fat into their lips to make them look like ethnic women's lips. They get fake boobs to look like curvy women instead of 12 year olds boys. The get butt injections and tan which makes your skin look like a leather purse and yet people think that white women are the standard of beauty. The only variety in the white race is eye and hair color. The same pasty, vein infested melanin deficient skin is the standard for white women. Whereas women of other races all range from blue black to really light and and same goes for our hair texture. You white people cracks me up because you think everyone wants to emulate you when in fact, no one wants to look white. Not even white people. That's why tanning salons are getting rich off you so called "beautiful" white people.

All women are beautiful, inside (Mentally) and out (Physically).

Most people have certain things that they want in a partner, and for you, those certain things seem to be physical things.

Even speaking only physically, people very often feel attracted to certain details about a women, or even to certain combinations of details put together. So, actually:

All women are equal, but some are more equal than others.

If you don't get it, it means that all are equal, and yet all are different. One should celebrate him or herself, and also diversity in others.

Because they don't have large nostrils, big spare tire lips, dark two toned ashy skin they must apply lotion to constantly, greasy brillo pad hair they have to straighten out with a variety of chemicals in an effort to approximate the look of another race's hair, and large boobies that don't sag like torpedos with huge dark areaolas and legs that aren't shaped like baseball bats with huge thighs that rub together and large linebacker frames. Which is why Halle Berry, Alicia Keys, and all the attractive black women (well, actually at least mulatta or quadroon but we'll say black) are half-white beigh looking white women (in the face AND body). But asian, hispanic, and mixed race women are hot too! They also don't have dark black skin that turns ashy, but a nicy peach complexion that turns golden in the summer (not black and ashy) when tan. They also don't have to spend millions of dollars on hair straighten chemicals (like 95% of black women) unlike the .0001% of white women that inject their lips then get made fun of in national enquierer. They also can be pretty when 100% white and nordic looking (like Charlize Theron, Anna Kournikova, etc.) and not half another race like Halle Berry. NO offense though guys.

To the poster above me (Baby): We are not "Mongoloid" women. We are Asian or you can call us by our ethnicity (Korean, Japanese, Thai, etc.). Would you go up to a Black person and call them a "*******"? Didn't think so...

If Caucasian women are more attractive to this guy, then so be it. It's a preference and it doesn't mean he's racist. Maybe a little close-minded, but not prejudice.

To the lady (ROLL TIDE) who said that White women are beautiful because they don't all look alike, LOOK AROUND YOU. Black women don't all look alike. They have the widest array of skin tones, from a cafe au lait tone to a dark chocolate tone. They can have hair that is thick and curly, to fine and wavy. They don't have as wide an array of eye colors as White women, but I've always found brown eyes to be more attractive anyway. And let's not even mention that Black women tend to have WAAAAY more womanly curves than a White woman has.

Asian women are exactly the same. Our skin complexion can be as white as Nicole Kidman's or as dark as cocoa and unlike White women, most of us look NATURALLY tanned...no tanning lotions or tanning beds for us!!! White women also usually burn when in the sun...I have never had a sunburn in my life. We can have hair that's curly, wavy, bone straight and everything in between. Our hair can be thick or fine. Our eyes range from light to deep brown and our hair is shinier than your average blonde. We also physically age slower than any other race/ethnicity of people. That's right ROLL TIDE...you may still get carded for alcohol at 35 but I'll be carded for alcohol until I'm laying on my death bed!!!

Latino women? As diverse as every race/ethnicity out there.

White women also usually has a pinkish undertone to their skin while women of color have golden undertones.

I'm sick and tired of the White standard of beauty in this world, particularly in America. People of European descent have forced their own standard of beauty on people of color and it disgusts me. When I see a beautiful Black woman wearing blue eye contacts or when I see a Japanese woman bleaching her skin. I hear that in India (where women are the physically the exact opposite of White women), if you ain't White, you ain't right. It sickens me to the depths of my soul.

Women, ESPECIALLY women of color, need to accept their own beauty. We are all beautiful, in different aspects, and NO ONE should tell us differently. Not a guy on the streets and not a guy asking a rhetorical question on Yahoo! Answers.

There are a lot of White women that are drop dead gorgeous! But don't EVER say that White women are beautiful because they're unique because the known fact is that EVERYONE IS UNIQUE!!!

not only caucasians are gorgeous.. basically anyone from the aryan race is good-looking. The aryans had fair skin and beautiful eyes and hair.
