What I think, always. Is that what you wanted to know?

I'M KIDDING! When I look back at questions, I often see the answer picked as best is the same as what the asker stated - like, "I hate red marbles. How do you feel about that?" The best answer is, "I hate red marbles, too, especially the striped ones."

10 points! lol

Lots of times I'm typing an answer and then figure I really don't have anything to share. Yes, even though I'll be missing 2 points, I erase. And now that I've typed you a book, I hope I don't do the same (erase that is.)

Usually it's truly what I think, but if they've made a good point or another contributor has caused me to rethink a little, then I will say so.
'Telling them what they want to hear' is reserved for questions that are clearly meant to be light-hearted or plain wacky!

I answer the question, whether or not it's what they want to hear. They want an answer and I try to provide one for them.
