Easy, just draw a horizontal line through 7 on the Y axis,
so then y would = 7

it's just a straight line going left to right through 7 on the y axis.

Just think
set up the basic equation y=mX +b.
since m=0 then y = b.
So no matter what you plug in as X, the y = 7.

So (-1,7) (0,7) and (1,7) will all be a striaght line parallel to the x-axis.

it is a horizontal line at 7. No matter what X is, Y would always be 7. hope that helps.
