You can, just read the manuals of your computer and the printer. You will need a USB cord to attach to both the computer and the printer. I use to have a Lexmark, to me they are garbage. I have an all in one Brother 3220-C with a phoneless fax. The ink jet cartridges cost $5.95 ea. I think Lexmark costs the same. They are replacements for the brand names. Good too! Guaranteed!
