now first hand, I DO GO TO A CATHOLIC SCHOOL! It seems like just because they teach religion, everyone is an annoying prep. It's so goddam uptight. It makes no sense. Can someone clear up why?

I had a friend who went to a Catholic school, Loyal Marymount. I heard how intense the work were and how cruel the teachers were. The worse thing is... there are no girls in the school because they think it's a distraction. Pity aint it?
The reason why they are all strict? Probably because they think if the student doesn't learn this material, they will "die" the next day... Don't forget... for them, god is the answer to everything. I'd discribe it as a military school.. mental-wise. Good luck lol

catholic school were the best possible years of my life so far!
and Im in college.
but yeah its the image thing.
I believe because people see catholic school as uptight and preppy( and heck ,ALOT of weathly folks do sent thier kids there) it tends to be so.
just put up with the religious jargon for as long as possible, but dont ever forget reality.
