If you have them on tape Show evidence to police That is trespassing. If you can prove breaking & entering you may have a case but if they did not take anything, robbery is out. Was your apartment locked up? If not, there is not a lot you can do legally. I would change the locks and be sure it is locked up tight all the time, even when you are home. Do not act on your thoughts, the satisfaction of revenge is not worth a lifetime behind bars!!

Well, it seems like all they have done legally is breaking and entering, which means the police are not going to take it very seriously, and it means they will not solve the ongoing problem. So, the first thing I would do is talk to the landlord and see if he is able to get them kicked out of there, pronto. If not, I hate to say it, but the smartest thing to do is probably to move out, and keep track of there names and where they are and take revenge on them at a later time when the motive doesn't obviously point to you. "Fatal" is probably a bad idea, though.

recopy the recording so it can play for 2-3 hours, sneak into their apt. when nobody is home, put the tape in there system and let it play until somebody gets home and don't forget to turn up the volume, I bet you they will stop, if they don't stop repeat the above 4-5 time or until you see result. Good luck

Fatal .. let's not do that .. then you will have broken the law and will face the penalties ...
You need to turn this matter over to the police immediately. And you need to move so they don't know where you live anymore.

well change you locks man...its not hard...all you need is a screwdriver..count the handle locks and deadbolts in your place and go to the hardware store...the buy the same amount of locks ...theres prekeyed lock kits that come w/ instructions and all you need is a phillips screwdriver...they arent that expensive either...I would suggest Schlage locks...best for your money...I'm a building maintenance engineer btw...gl...stay safe..

File a police report. Have them arrested and charged with breaking & entering, trespassing, robbery, etc.
