I am almost positive this phrase came from one of the Warner Bro's. characters.

I think Bugs Bunny used it once too. w/ his accent it sounds more like "moi-duh-rize" I forget his foe, but its when he comes back from getting beat up, and he assumes a boxers pose, and shadow boxes a little often followed up with "lemme at 'em, lemme at 'em"

I seem to recall hearing it from Yosemite Sam, Daffy Duck and Foghorn Leghorn at various times.

I remember hearing Moe Howard (of The Three Stooges fame) say this often but I can't recall hearing it from a cartoon before.
