i had the best luck with tylenol pm and also check back with your doctor because a sudden stop in ambien can be harmful and could have adverse withdrawal reactions... that is something that a doctor should help wein you down off of and also the dr would be able to watch for these things and to make sure you make a good recovery from sleep medicines to being able to sleep on your own

Tylenol pm works real well. But you should be careful, those sleeping pills are addictive and it works like a laxative (in the same sense) once you get into a habit of taking either one of them on a daily basis your body won't be able to do this by itself anymore.

benydryl or cholotrimton works good but a better choice a PM med like excedrin or asprin or tylenol. They don't rip your sinisus like the antihistimine do.

i run out sometimes too and i take a relaxing bath and take benedryl
