No the doctor can't tell if, you pregnant by looking in your eyes.
That is not how a doctor checks to see if, your pregnant.

I don't think anyone ever told you that the eyes are the windows to the soul. Yes, in ancient times,the Roman and Greek ,and Ethiopian physicians could actually see what was wrong with you just by looking into your eyes. For example,if the white of your eyes is turning yellow,it can be a kidney infection.
