I say give them all the nukes they want,and set the timers for five minutes after the transport plane that delivers them takes off.
Seriously though, I feel sorry for the people of North Korea.It is one of the most impoverished nations,and the starvation and suffering there is almost too much to imagine.There was massive flooding a couple of months ago, and untold thousands drowned outright or died in the days after due to starvation and lack of medical care.
All the while, their leaders ordered everybody to stay where they were,with no food or any relief in sight.

Because it rattle the nerves of the south Korean and Japanese nerve.
North Korean has been the psychopath in the asia. They are worse than the former Iraqi and Iranian. They openly extort the south Korea, Japan and UN.
The government in NK really sucks. They are bunch of idiots that do not know how to run a country. There were some saying that there are massive starvation going on in north korea. They need food and money.
NK government do not want to beg for help and food. They turns to extortion by threats of war and weapon.
Traditionally, China has been an ally for North Korean. Chinese was helping to sustain North Korea. But the current government is openly reject the Chinese suggestions. They ignore what the chinese and Russian say and continue with the threats.
That government has no regards of lives and others. They are the one actually will use weapon of mass destructions.

It might have something to do with the general perception than chairman mini-mao (kim jong ill) is a certified nutfudge. There is a serious possibilty that 1) he might actually use the (*&^ing thing, and 2) he might sell it to some jihadi group.

yes if the US has 1000s of them.. they should be allowed as well. if the whole world agreed on getting rid of all the nukes.. then no one should be allowed to have any..
