The baby should be fine...
IF you don't do anymore.. your doctor will tell you the same thing
Just think of all those women that dont find out their pregnant until they are 11 weeks and drank everynight..
The key is that you stop now..and I hope that being pregnant gives you the courage and strength to stop..

If you can't stop.. I would talk to my doctor about getting some outside help, but if that is all you did.. I wouldn't worry.. I would set up an appt ASAP and get started on prenatal vitamins though..

best of luck..

and aren't coke and cocaine two different drugs? I guess I dont know much..I thought cocaine was the stuff you snort and coke was the stuff you didn't snort..not sure why I even care..guess I got side tracked..or did you just say that so people would know you were talking about the drug and not the drink..anyway..you don't have to answer that.I'm A.D.D.llol

Good luck~

I think you will be fine. Just do not do it again! I hope you are not addicted. If you are addicted get help now. People shouldn't accuse you of being an unfit mother because you didn't know you were going to be one! Your baby will not become coke addicted unless you have had prolonged use with it. The important thing is, now that you know you're going to be a mom make a lifestyle change. Let your doctor know about this though and let him advise you further.

it somewhat is spectacular which you factored it, you probably did the complicated section. i could have used (2x-3)(x²-2x-2), yet the two way, we are going to get the comparable zeros. in case you're in seek of out zeros and are waiting to element, then you set each and each element equivalent to 0: x-a million.5 = 0 --> x = a million.5 2x² - 4x - 4 = 0 divide by potential of two x² - 2x - 2 = 0 this would not element, yet any quadratic could be solved with the quadratic formulation if mandatory: x = (2±?12 )/2 = (2±2?3 )/2 = a million±?3

When you go to the doctor just let him know about all the drugs you have taken. If you stop now your baby should be OK. I was drinking and having a few cigar smokes(black & milds) and I stop after I found out I was PG. But I was 4 to 6wks like you, never did anything like drugs but you need to stop now so your baby can have a fighting chance. Now i am 25 weeks and baby is doing just fine. Good luck and God bless. You can do it...

Cocaine does not affect the baby's growth and development. There was a big controversy in the late 1990's about "crack babies". People started saying that "crack babies" are slow at school and have a difficult time concentrating, and developing. Studies found that cocaine does not do that to babies---alcohol does. The problem is that most people who do cocaine also drink. So if you didn't drink alcohold, your baby should be fine.
Best of luck to you and your baby!

Well the thing about it is really no if u dont continue doing it. The baby wont be addicted if u dont continue to use. I had a friend do it several times an she was further along an it did not effect the baby. Not that I think it was right I let her know it was wrong. But u need not use it anymore

Guys be easy on this mother. If she is asking and concerned she is clearly not an addict but a sporadic recreational user and very likely to be a good mother. As for your question I dont think so; although there is a very low risk, only prolongued exposure can mean a high risk. Congratulations (dont do it anymore while pregnant ;) ). and I hope you have a beautiful baby.

I don't think it will harm the baby as long as ya don't do anymore.I had used meth and drank alot right before I found out I was pregnant with my first. So needless to say when the gave me a drug test while pregnant it came back positive. But I didn't use anymore after I found out I was pregnant and it did not hurt my daughter.

wow, there are some very narrow-minded, judgemental people out there! don't let them bother you too much. your doctor is the obvious person you want to be asking this question. since this is obvious, i'm going to assume there is a reason you are not asking him/her. it's essential you have a doctor that you trust giving you prenatal care. there is always a risk whenever you use drugs, or alcohol, or smoke, and there are always unknown risks. but that risk goes way up if you don't have proper prenatal care. risks for you and your baby. and you must trust your care-giver enough to be honest with them about these issues. if you don't trust that person, find a new one.
