yes, and the reason it feels like it's vibrating is because you are afraid you won't hear it when it rings so you put all your mind and senses to it so when it moves you reach for it thinking it's ringing.
It is all in your head and your not alone.

This happens all the time to me. We are super sensitive to our phone ringing becuase we crave the attention. HAHA

you may have hit the volume button to zero then back down to vibe...happens all the time to me at work. My knife usually hits the button.
