Really depends on what kind of walls/floors you have. I have a little artist in my house too. I have found that nail polish remover works great on metal and "Shout" or "oxyclean works great on carpet. There is "Goo Gone". It works GREAT! I haven't tried it on walls but I'll bet it would work.
If your floors have carpet try some really cheap shaving cream. Let it soak for a few minutes. You can reapply as many times as you need. It works great on removing stains.

I have used a product called Magic Erasers from Mr.Clean it works wonders. All you do is wet the sponge alittle and start rubbing, the sponge wears down as the marker is coming off. hope that helps!!

Use the Eraser thing from MR. Clean. I have a friend who uses them all the time and he says that they work great.

Try hairspray - it removes ball point ink. Or try those white sponges from Mr. Clean - they erase things.
