How many partners is too many?
How many times is too many?
How young they lost it?
What's normal in terms of number of times and/or partners?

What would turn you off from marrying someone about their past? I am sort of turned off by my fiance's past and want to know if I am over reacting.

Let me clarify. I am asking my fellow men out there. What number would you be uncomfortable enough to end your relationship with someone you first wanted to marry? If she banged x number of guys, I would leave because I couldn't handle it. Basically, what would be enough for you to call her a slut.

You are the one to decide.

I'd say, sex without emotional involvement while not serving a purpose to feed herself and childern is promiscuity. I.e. picking people up at bars for one-night entertainment is too much. However, take into consideration how long ago was it, and how was she behaving in the past few years.

Prior partners isn't anyones business but yours - if you're std free. I'm in the triple digits so I have a bias. But we also have a double-standard. Great for guys, girls, you're a slut mentality. So if you feel you must give an answer, keep it low. But if you open that door, the questions will just go on & on.

The national average is 2 - 3 times a week. And that's 1/2 what it used to be. TV, computers, tech have screwed up everyones sex life. Maybe that's why there's more divorce.

How young? Yikes! Varies with cultures.

It sounds like she's shared EVERYTHING of her past with you....
Maybe she knows that something from "back in the day" is gonna come around to bite her in the @ss,and she doesn't want you to be surprised by it when it does come around. You hafta respect her for that. She's bein' honest!
But at the same time,I agree with you...I really wouldn't wanna know about every pole she gobbled on either! My current girlfriend shares some old stories with me that I really don't wanna hear! I really can't fault her ,though,as my own stories put hers to shame!
You have to ask yourself what you're ready to deal with, and if you're being hypocritical. Are her stories really worse than yours? Then maybe you DO want to run.Otherwise maybe you should both shut up about your respective pasts so you can both be happy together!

i would say keep it within 10. but why was she even so honest with you to begin with? if u love her u would not mind. sometimes you would rather not know and vice versa for her to know about yours. man and woman can be equal too. if you mind maybe its a little bit too late now since you already gotten engaged!

I agree w Lucas, stop now, or sex will never be meaningful for you again. I don't know anyone, AFTER marriage, that says, dang, I should've had more one night stands.

i strongly believe that intimate relationships should be saved for marriage, but if it was only once or twice and if you really love and trust your fiance, you should be forgiving. if you don't think he'll change, you might want to find someone else.

Habits are hard to break. If you are dissatisfied with her habits now, then cut and run. Do not try changing her because it will only make things worse.

I wish i had not had any pre-marital sex. If i could do it over again i would have saved myself for my wife alone.
