For something like that there isn't much you can do. Faux News is constantly giving falsified news reports, noone who is actually looking for news goes to them. The only thing in this case that could be done to Faux directly is if Foley sued them, but I doubt this would count as truely libelous.
Just make sure people know about it.
Oh, and to the post directly above me, it was not a hoax. It also was not a typo, or if it was the people in charge purposely ignored it. It was up for the entire report, which was more than a 30 second spot, it took up most of the episode. A similar "mistake" was made in another Faux show where a reporter actually is quoted as saying that Foley was a Democrat. It is BS and just further shows that Faux news should be ignored by anyone with more than a 10 IQ.

I've seen the images on websites trying to "show" Fox News tried to present Foley as a democrat. I highly suspect the image is doctored.
I've watched quite a bit of both CNN & FOX. If that image isn't doctored, it is a brief typo. I'm sure the newscaster was verbally refering to him as a republican at the same time & it was immediately corrected, because all I've seen on Fox was references to REPUBLICAN Foley.
And I have heard MANY, if not ALL of the commentors on Fox, not only condemning Foley, but also wanting an investigation in to who knew what & when. One conservative commentator last night said "If Hastert didn't know - he should have!"
Part of the confusion (again, IF the image is accurate) is that there is a democrat Tom Foley. IF someone made that kind of mistake, I sort of hope they'd get fired for it.
The only thing "fair & balanced" about FOX is that it provides balance by presenting the "right while CNN presents the "left." I watch both to get the whole picture.

First of all, I saw that too. It was on the O'Reilly Factor. What else can be expected from Bill-O or even FOX?
Don't expect them to admit the mistake and apologize either.
That's just how FOX News is, they make tons of mistakes, or just make **** up.

"The O'Reilly Fiction" huh? You could contact the program but don't expect anything from the O"Reilly people. Afterall, O'Reilly bought himself out of a sexual harassment suit, do you really thing he will acknowledge a mistake??...not so much.

Who cares if you have a complaint?
The network? The FCC?
What results do you expect by filing a complaint?
Anybody who cares allready knows the difference.
Let it go. It'll be old news soon.
