Why are you doing that? I don't know of anyone else who has that problem. Talk to your dentist.

I use staight peroxide and rinse my mouth with it. Let the peroxide sit on the spot for about 30sec or as long as you can take then brush your teeth afterward, that helps to get rid of the bubbles. Do that two times a day and the canker sore will go away sooner. My theory is that you get the sore only when your acid count is high in your mouth or the bacteria count is high. I don't get a canker sore every time I bite my mouth. Only once in a while.

I'm not sure why we randomly bite our mouths, but it happens to me sometimes too.

As for recovering from the ulcers that may develop from biting yourself: do nothing.
Not treating them makes them go away faster than treating them. At least with me, it does.

Use milk of magnesia to swish around- neutralizes the acid in your mouth and soothes the sores. Don't swallow unless you need a laxative too!
