My son who is 10 yrs started walking in night. He wakes up and talks something which has no meaning and try to get up from bed and go out. nowadays it has become a daily affair. what to do?

I did this when I was a kid and scared my mother to death! I would even leave the house. It happens when you are in heavy REM. It is something that most people out grow so do what you can to make the house "escape proof" and it will most likely work itself out.

As far as I know, it hasn't happened for years. However, last year I did dream that I was scraping off dinner dishes into the toilet using a fork, throwing the forks in with the scraps and flushing it all down. The next morning, my toilet overflowed. The plumber came, ripped the toilet apart and found a hair clip that was causing the backup.

my 5 yr old son had same problem, but grew out of it in a year. keep the door locked so he doesn't leave the house. sounds like he has anxiety in his life. for my son it was starting school. talk to him and find out what's going on, maybe he needs to see a child psychologist.
