My Sony VAIO PCG-GRZ610 always automaticlly shuts down, I have no idea what is going on?
I guess it could be RAM slots problem? so I replug the RAM slots, the problem still exist. I am assuming COMS battery need to be replaced, but I don't know from where to open? anyboby happens to konw, tell me please, BTW,are there other problems causing this? help!

Well, it could be plenty of things.

You need to keep note of what you are doing when the laptop shuts down. Try to remember if running any specific programs at the time of the crash. Are the programs memory/processor intensive? How long has the computer been running before it shut down? Are your fans running? If not, your chip would overheat and that would force a shutdown.

It could be a bad power supply, or connection from your battery.
It could be software related. A virus, worm, etc., could be shutting you down.

Unfortunatly it could be a whole host of things; and to be honest with you, almost near impossible to diagnose without more information.

My suggestion is to take it to the shop. I know, it sucks, but so does having a lappy that won't cooperate.
