A quick measure of how "good" your health is the Body mass index, or BMI. That is, a measure of body fat based on your height and weight. mconsidering your 5'7 and 133 lbs. You have a BMI of 20.8 which is considered "normal weight". By no means is this a accurate representation of your health, but this is all i can give you based on the question you asked.

here is the complete set of categories for BMI
* Underweight = <18.5
* Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
* Overweight = 25-29.9
* Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater

I am 5'7 and 130 lbs! hell yes! I have a flat tummy and can fill out a pair of jeans nicely! You go on with your skinny self! Actually im 125 but im trying to get back up to 130!

YES! I'm 5'7 and my normal weight is 136, although I recently put on 4 pounds so now I'm 140 :s.
