I went camping with some friends of mine and we went over to Eastern Washington where their friends had a cabin. There was a waterfall on their property and you could climb down this bank and sit on a rock right by the waterfall. It was so beautiful and calming just sitting there watching and listening to it.

I love the one at Watkins Glen State Park in Watkins Glen, NY. It is MANY stories high, over 400 feet of a drop, down rocky levels, and they have constructed rocky stairways beside it so you can walk the whole way down (or up). It's fantastic! The path even goes behind the falls itself at one place!
There are several neat ones in the Pocono Mts. of Pennsylvania, too.
