What programmer is best for a 2002 pontiac firehawk LS1?

mods on car are currently, short tube headers (edelbrock), TNT NITROUS, smoothbellows, ported throttle body, underdrive pulleys, aeroforce gauge dual, SLP loudmouth catbach exhaust.

Find a place near you that specializes in cars with the LS1 and get them to do a custom tune. The main thing is that they can remove your torque management. If they can't do this there program is no good. A custom program is better and cheaper than hypertech or any other flash programmer.
