I just got a call back for a Blockbuster job (in Canada) and have been told there will be a group interview they call an Audition... I would like to know if anyone can give me some more detailed insight into what is involved with the "Audition".

I would feel more comfortable if I knew what to expect from the experience.

Thanks

I don't know about Canada, but my sister had one not too long ago. Here's what I remember from what she told me: It's a round-table interview with about 8 other applicants. The interviewer asks questions about movies, and pays attention to who answers first, who is most knowledgeable, etc. I think there's also role playing involved, where the interviewer pretends to be a customer with a problem, such as they don't know what movie to rent but they definitely want a Comedy, and you have to suggest one.
Hope that helps, and good luck!
