There is no Direct Train between Ajmer and Coimbatore. Either you can go via Bangalore or Chennai or else you can go to Jaipur and board this train jaipur Coimbatore Super Express, Train Number 2970 which leaves on Tuesdays at 19:40 hrs. The Shcedule is like this:

there is no direct train from ajmer to coimbatore. however, you can get direct train from jaipur, JP CBE Super Express, Train No. 2970. this train departs on Tuesdays only. it departs from Jaipur at 19:40 and reaches Coimbatore third day at 19:15
