WELL IT IS SEXUAL HARRESMENT NO MATTER HOW MUCH THEY BOTH ENJOYED IT, WORK IS NOT THE PLACE. FILL A REPORT WITHOUT PUTTING YOUR NAME. NORMALLY ONE OR THE OTHER WILL CONFESS.
BUT TELL ME, HOW DID YOU FEEL SEEING IT HAPPEND??
YOU CAN ALSO TALK TO HER BUT THE REPORT IS THE BEST WAY TO GO AND MAKING SURE YOU STILL HAVE A JOB

Either confront him or let it go. I don't see how it would be sexual harrasment unless he forced her into doing it. They were 2 consenting adults, right? It's really not your business. Although I don't think that his boss would feel this was very appropriate. I guess you could make a phone call to the district manager if you wanted. This would likely get back to your boss and you would lose your job. If it were me, I would let it go.

what about calling the department of health??
Let them check out the sanitiary conditions at a public eating place. This co-worker could be receiving special treatment at work in consideration for sex. The manager has a boss, even if it is the owner or further up the ladder. They alsp need to be called. Did any one else at work witness this? One this day or perhaps another day? If they want to have their private sex lives then it should be out of the workplace.

Wait a minute....this is wrong, but sexual harrasment? That's like Sol Rosenburg with the Jerky Boys wanting to sue the guy he ran over for punitive damages.

It is only sexual harrassment if she didn't want it but did it to get something out of her job. At Burger King what can you possibly get out of getting laid a free burger? Sorry but I would have broke down laughing if I saw this. Unless your boss is taking advantage of this coworker or your coworker is a minor I would just blow it off. Who care what they were doing if they are both consensual adults.

let him kow and ask him what does he plan on doing and make sure u type a letter first and have it ready 2 be mailed out to a higher atthority for percautionary reasons. and let him know that u r not doing this because of what u want 2 get out of this but because its the right thing 2 do and u know that what he was doing is wrong! BUT be prepared for the backlash, my advice think about what u really want 2 do.

It is not sexual harassment if your co-worker agreed to the encounter in the stockroom.
I am not certain if it would be best to not confront your boss, or to confront your boss. It would be up to you to make that decision, and how comfortable you would be talking about this matter.

I would not say anything. Eventually your boss will get caught, or the other employee might quit. I know it is tough, but I would show pride and say nothing.

I would call Corporate and ask what the policy of sexual harrassment was. Let them know what you saw; and it's impacting your working relationship... you may have to find a new job, bu, you have a good sexual harassment case.
