how do i beat the frog in world 7-2? i throw things at it but it doesnt hit it like the thing that shoots eggs out of its mouth. help!

if i walk in front of it, it doesnt hurt me, but if i try to stand on it i get hurt.

Wart.Thats his name.and its super mario bros 2.the easiest way to defeat him is get princess peach.now grab a vegatable from the machine.or when a vegtable comes out,jump underneath it and the fly up to wart. now after he shoots bubbles, then throw the vegatable behind him. i think it takes 7 tries but good luck!

is it that pink thing? i think what you have to do is jump on the egg, and when the egg hits the ground, you pick it up and throw the egg back before it spits out another egg at you.
