three point thesis means that you need 3 points that support that main argument.

Once you really know the material through dogged research, you will be able to "approach" your thesis with the assurance that you can argue the points and draw conclusions. You want to write in reasonably short sentences to keep it moving. You cannot be wishy washy anywhere in it. You have drawn a conclusion and you are making your arguments. It has to add up logically and the evidence has to be there (i.e. your argument) to support the hypothesis (i.e. "all blondes are dimwits...") Do not use "filler" to take up space. You can be lean but it must zero in on the target. If this is a high school practice thesis then I can understand the either or topics. If in college one must be passionate about their conclusions and in the argument. Good luck.
