i am a foriegner and i wanna work while studying, at fast food restruant, it is allowed?i am at secondary level.

There are strict limitations on what you can do. I don't remember for sure, but working fast food I think is not allowed.
Go to www.bcis.gov to look up your visa and what the limits are

An exchange student is a J-1.
