Ive been wearing the same make up for soo long, and I need a new look which calls for new make up and new methods. I've got light brown eyes, dark brown/black hair, fUll lips, and clear fair skin. My hair type is normal to straight that goes down past my shoulders past midchest, but I always wear it down and I dont know what else I can do with it. The most I need tips on is EYE make up!
My usual make up is concealer, pressed powder, black eyeliner, and a couple different shades of eyeshadows.
My problem: Its difficult to apply eyeshadows because I only apply from lip to crease, I dont know how else to use eyeshadow because Ive got Asian eyes, and my eyelids are smaller and more attached on the inner eyelid - I dont know how to blend upwards without making it look wierd.
Also, Ive got full, lips, not too thin. I like lip liner but it only makes my lips look bigger. I dont know how to blend blushes on because of my sorta high cheek bones.
I NEED HELP! ANY TIPS, GIRLS?

You should try mineral makeup! It blends so naturally and covers blemishes great, it feels like wearing no makeup at all. For the eyes...try lining under your eye with a vibrant shade and using a muted shade in the same color family on top. Or Try using one color from the outer corner to the middle and another color from the middle to the inner corner. I usually use two shades on my eyes, a light one all over from lid to brow and a darker one on my lid only. then line any way you like. Mineral makeup is very forgiving. And there are many shades for eyes to play with. I would also try using a clear lip liner. Avon has an anti feathering one that is clear.

Why not go over to a MAC store and see what's new. Their are always a variety of women (ethnic) working there and a wide variety of products. You can describe what you want; for the most part, they are well trained. You don't have to buy MAC (it gets pricey), but you will have an idea of what you want.
