Lets suppose you arrange an official game.
The basic requirements:
The field must conform to the basic length and width. length between 80 to 120 yards, width between 70 to 100 yards. The field must be rectangular.
The ball must be an official one with the correct pressure.
You need 7 players minimum (on both sides), one of whom must be the goalkeeper. The moment one team has less than 7, the game cannot start or it will be abandoned.
Of course you need a certified referee with 2 assistants. In the event, an assistant is unavailable, both teams can offer one for each half.
This are the basic requirements.

nothing you crazy fool.
just get 22 players 11 on eaxch team, a ref, two linesmen.
At the centerfield two oposing players meet ref tosses a coin, and the winning side chooses which direction to kick off in.
ANd there you have it.
Each halfd lasts 45 minutes and you can replace your players twice ( if you have subs)
If you get a yellow card for fouling you have been warned, if you foul again and its seious enough you get a red card which means you are out for the rest of the game.
If you tie, you play for either extra time in which a team has to score to win, or you go for a penalty shoot out. Most times it's a penalty shot out.
ANYWHO!!!
