Thanos wins!
Nothing against Wolverine-but how would he defeat someone who has fought against the Avengers and The Thing at one time and held is own (marvel 2 in 1 annual #5!?!)
Thanos is more like a force of nature whereas logan is the best he is at what he does--but fighting god-like beings like Thanos isn't what wolvie does!

In the end it would be Wolverine. No matter what Thanos throws at Wolverine (lightning/fire etc...) Wolverine will heal and keep coming back untill he finally wins.

It would have to be Thanos.
Wolvie is tough, but not tough enough for that. Thanos is way out of Wolvie's league. He fights guys like Silver Surfer. So if you think Wolvie can beat the silver surfer then he might have a chance at Thanos, but I highly doubt he has the ability to beat surfer or Thanos.

I don't think that Thanos would kill Logan. I think that Wolverine would hurt Thanos so badly, that Thanos would not LET Logan die... no matter how much or how long he begs for it !!!!
