it sounds stupid, but in the morning when you get up look in the mirror and say something positive to yourself. It is awkward at first but it helps and when you get in the habit its becomes natural, like brushing your teeth. (I hope:) )
...Or just find things wrong with everyone you see, but the first is way more positive and will not result in the loss of friends. GOOD LUCK!!

Listen honey it took me a long time to do this myself. I am older now and realize that I am just as good as the next person and am unique in my own way. Don't worry about what you think is wrong with you cause the next person prollly won't even notice what it is about yourself that you are stressing over. Life is too short to be unhappy and miserable. These days you never know when you might be living your last day. So JUST BE HAPPY!

Find faults about other people(im sure there's something) and realize not everyone's perfect and maybe then you will go a little easier on yourself.- Remember everyone has something good about them and something bad about them. And i dont care what some people may say everyone has some insecurites. So dont be so hard on yourself.When you learn to take that perspective and live by it i promise you that you will feel better.

There is no easy answer for that. I think it takes time for most people to feel comfortable in their skin.... the fact is, you are a great person...inside and out! You have a big heart, you are a kind person & you have a great sense of humor. You are going to go very far in life!

Do exercise- it creates endorphines which make u happy!! also, get urself manicured, pedicures, new haircut!! have a spa day.. it really works. ANd drink water, it makes u feel good
