This is a GREAT question. Read Man's Search For Meaning by Viktor Frankl. It is about a psychiatrist who lived through the death camps of the Holocaust. He developed a method of psychotherapy which he based on the idea that all humans make their own meaning. They decide what is important to them and what they live for. So he focused his therapy on what kept them alive and what they wanted to keep going on for. Check it out. It is a good book and it's not too long.

wellbutrin, what it would do to my mom, the thought of what my unborn children will look like and fear. As sick as it sounds sometimes i just need to see how terrible some people really have it to realize, i don't have it so bad. my favorite singer melissa ferrick wrote " i got money in the bank,i got a car to drive, i've got a phone to laugh in and a tub to cry in and at home i have a bed to hid in but sometimes i only see what's wrong, sometimes i think my god is up and gone. but everything i need is right here in my hands." Some of life's best lessons are learned at the worst times but Learn them. life isn't alway great but you don't know what the alternative is. you have a chance to live the best life you can some are not so lucky.

my kids... I constantly have this urge to die...it develop'd before I had a son and a daughter... now I kinda feel traped in this life cuz I no longer have the option of just tappin out ... I cant picture my kids with no father... so yea ... my kids keep me alive... I love them and would never want them to suffer in ways that I have. in a way I feel like I missed the boat... but a stretched limo came along.

Well I'm depressed a lot, but I consider myself a realist. Seriously, what keeps me alive is that great next hit movie, my next night out to the titty bar, whatever.

My dog . He is older(12) and blind. I know if anything happens to me ,no one will want him and he would be put to sleep. I made a promise to god that he would have the best life possible for the rest of his life. That has worked for me so far. After he is gone, I'll have to re think things.
