Your best bet is to contact a commercial real estate broker in the area you seek a restaurant facility. They know what they are doing, have the connections to locate what you want and need on terms you can live with.

Avoid a residential agent in your search as they do not specialize in commercial, most assuredly will lack the proper training and supervision. Commercial real estate IS a specialty, it is NOT for the in-experienced.

I do restaurants in the Middle Tennessee area; it is amazing at the idiots that try to do commercial deals that have neither the training nor experience, yet the public still goes to house sellers to do commercial deals. Then I get called to correct the aborted mess to avoid lawsuits.

A good place to start would be Loopnet.net. They have a lot of listings for buildings, businesses and commercial property. Also, check with your local commercial Real Estate Agent/ Broker. They would be able to help you find great deals on restaurants and that kind of business through their resources such as the MLS.. Good Luck with your search!!!
