If you know this to be true, you have to step forward. He will go to jail if you don't. Do you want to live with that for the rest of your life?

Hopfully you and the girl's mom are on talking terms. If so, the 4 of you need to get together and just talk about it.
The conversation should contain humor. Make the two young people feel comfortable. Talk about when you were young the things you did,
yea! All that stuff...
Be a friend, as well as a parent, sooner or later the dam will break and the truth will surface.
Good luck!

It happens all the time and with more frequency. Too bad...it's obvious he's the one that's getting raped. Get a GOOD lawyer if you can, one that will take the initiative. Try to get some documentation...phone messages...friend's words..anything. Hell, why not try wearing a bug (a good dictation recorder will pick-up a lot and is easily concealed) and try to get her to admit it. She's probably proud of it. Otherwise ..Good Luck!

What a mess... It would be adviseable to have the two mothers sit down with the son and girl and find out what is going on.. If the girl still insists, it might have to be settled in family court... Is there any evidence that she has had sex with OTHER guys?... If so, that should be found out immediately.. guys talk and if she has, it could be easily found out

If that is the truth, you will have to do everything you can to prove it. Gather everything you know, dont leave out anything. Tell your son how important it is to tell the truth. The truth will set him free. Good luck.

Sorry to hear this
Sounds like you will need a lawyer
Does your son have any witnesses to testify that the girl has loose morals?
Unless she changes her story , you will probably have to go to some type of hearing

its a sick messed up world we live in. i hate to say it but courts usually side with the girl in situations such as these. i would try and get the girl to realize how serious of a situation this is and get her to atleast drop charges if she is infact pressing them or admit that it didnt happen
