What would you think of your neighbour if she doesn't come out of her house all day except to buy lunch? And it lasted for a few days?

i wouldn't think nothing of it , maybe shes a homebody, she just likes to stay home and keep to herself , alot of people r like that , i'm one of them lol

Either she is trying to work seriously on a task, a real loner, an unsociable character or is in an episode of depression.

Some people have agoraphobia(fear of the outside).I used to suffer from this problem.

Maybe shes trying to hide someone that she kidnapped - you should turn her into the police

I would say that they must appreciate privacy and like to keep to themself and would rather their neighbor not poking into their business.

Whatever she is doing it's none of your business. If you are friends and concerned for her safety then you could knock and ask if she is okay.
