The manufacturers of the ATM didnt know it would be strictly a drive up unit. So they just made every ATM with braille numbers.

so that the blind may use the atm as well. someone could have drove them there and the blind did not want any knowing the 4 digit pass code,the other person done the rest.
or they blind could have walked to the atm

ATM machines are mass produced. It's cheaper to make them all the same.
