Well unfortunately amount of RAM is not the only deciding factor. First of all the third one uses less sophisticated DDR2 RAM as compared to the GDDR3 of the other two. The RAM speed is much slower. Also the clock speed of the third is slower than the second one. I would recommend the second one, it is a much better card that will yield better performance. Here it is a bit cheaper: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814150182

the others have 256MB, but this 1 has 512MB, so, the higher, the better

Mysticman is definitely right. The 7600GT is actually twice as fast as any X1600 Pro. I'll post the link to the article I saw comparing those two cards later, assuming I can find it. BTW, 512MB of video RAM is utterly useless to you, unless you plan on gaming at resolutions above 1600x1200.

edit: Here's the article: http://www.hardwarezone.com/articles/view.php?id=1856&cid=3&pg=1 It's actually a review of a 7600GS, but almost all of the benchmarks compare it to both the 7600GT, and the X1600 Pro.

The performance of your card is also dependent on your system specs. They are all good cards. I prefer the Radeon but thats a personal preference. Please ensure that your system cabinet can cool fast enough. Suggest an extra cabinet exhaust fan.
