Hi, maybe I prefer my fellow Singaporean to answer as S'porean I guess wear gold more than white gold.
I have a gold bangle, sum1 gave in exchange for cash loan. It's prefer lightmaybe it's hollow gold but how do I know it's 916 gold. Well I take a closer look at the hook, it has a tiny little logo embrossed and another tiny 1 which I jt can't see..... Just wanna know before I go down to the goldsmith.

well check for a tiny simbol number 916 at ur bangle ..then its 916 pure gold.

If the sum 1 is sum 1 u know then i think the gold is real,if the sum 1 is sum 1 u don't know i think the gold is fake b'cos real gold embrossed can usually be seen clearly.

if u unable to view the number engraved in the bangle..i guess u need to bring to goldsmith to check

Better leave it to the pawn shop or goldsmith to confim if it's genuine.
